Free Upgrades

Another advantage of our monthly subscription, as well as saving yourself a huge up-front cost, is free upgrades. We are constantly developing the WMS software for the next customer, using the latest website building technologies, but we won't forget about you! You will also receive upgrades to your software, as we build them!

You will be notified when new features are available. Most upgrades will be seamlessly integrated to your website but if a new feature requires a drastic change to your website's front-end, and you wish to take advantage of it, a quote for discounted integration costs will be available.

Setup Fee

Setting up a Datastyle WMS website usually consists of:

  1. Your website's host and email accounts are setup, your domain name is purchased or transfered to Datastyle Ltd.
  2. We create a conceptual design of your website's front-end and consult with you until both parties agree on the intended look and feel of your website.
  3. Your website's design is 'cut-up' to create a valid XHTML/CSS template.
  4. We setup your WMS system on your hosting account and apply your website's template.
  5. We consult with you and show you and your staff how to input content, web-pages, customers and products into your system.
  6. Your website is LIVE!

We will give you a quote for this cost as it can vary depending on whether you want automated Credit Card Processing or if you have an existing website etc.

Christchurch EARTHQUAKE Update

Mon 28th Feb 2011 - Today I have setup a temporary office in North Beach, Christchurch. I have no landline but can still be contacted by mobile (022 623 0685) and email (no spam).

Thu 24th Feb 2011 - To my customers, I hope all of you in Christchurch are safe. I managed to get out of our 5th-floor inner-city apartment/office, in Poplar Lane, after the brick walls fell out in front of me.

Your websites and email will be unaffected as everything is hosted on our Datastyle server in Auckland, New Zealand. My friend managed to get into the city and recover my computer, but I won't be able to continue normal development until I can setup a temporary office/desk somewhere.

Apart from my computer (+ using a friend's laptop), I only have the clothes on my back. I have just arrived at another friends house with power + water + internet, where I am able to write this update.

When things start calm down a bit in the next day or 2 (hopefully), I won't have much to do except work, so I'll be able to get a LOT of website development done.
